Progress Pic — Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 11, 2026 Last updated: October 1, 2026 Publisher: NatsFitness LLC (Texas, United States) Contact: NatsFitsystems@gmail.com

Summary

Progress Pic is a physique check-in app. It takes photos of you and stores them so you can compare your progress over time. All of your photos and check-in data stay on your device. We do not upload them to our servers. We do not use third-party analytics. We do not sell or share your data. If you buy Progress Pic Pro, Apple handles the payment and an anonymous purchase record unlocks Pro (see section 6).

If that’s all you needed to know, stop reading. The rest of this page is the long version in plain English.

1. Who we are

Progress Pic is published by NatsFitness LLC, a Texas limited liability company. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to NatsFitness LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the person using Progress Pic.

2. What information the app collects

Progress Pic collects the information you enter into the app and the photos you take inside the app:

The app requires camera access in order to take check-in photos. If you deny camera access, the core check-in flow will not function.

3. What information the app does NOT collect

Progress Pic does not collect or transmit any of the following:

Progress Pic does not require you to create an account or sign in.

The one exception to “does not transmit” is purchase information if you buy Progress Pic Pro — see section 6.

4. Where your data is stored

All photos and check-in data are stored locally on your device only, inside the Progress Pic app’s sandboxed storage. NatsFitness LLC does not operate a server that receives or stores your photos or check-in data. We do not have copies of your check-ins on our infrastructure.

If your device is backed up to iCloud (iOS) or Google Drive (Android) through your operating system’s standard backup mechanism, your Progress Pic data may be included in that backup in the same way other app data is. Those backups are controlled by you and by Apple or Google, not by us.

5. Sharing data

You can choose to share individual photos or comparison images from inside the app using your device’s standard share sheet (for example, to send a photo to a coach via iMessage or email). Those shares are initiated by you, go through your operating system’s sharing mechanism, and are sent directly to the recipient you choose. We do not see, store, or route those shares.

We do not share your data with any third party. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

6. Third-party services

Progress Pic does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising networks, or crash reporting services. The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store (and eventually Google Play), and those distribution platforms collect their own standard metrics (downloads, crash reports, etc.) under their own privacy policies. Please refer to Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies for details on what they collect at the platform level.

Purchases (Progress Pic Pro). Progress Pic Pro is an optional paid upgrade. Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID; we never see your card or billing details. To check whether Pro is active on your device, the app uses RevenueCat, a subscription management service. RevenueCat receives:

As with any internet request, RevenueCat’s servers also see your IP address. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address, photos, weight, or any check-in data, and none of this information is used for advertising or tracking.

Support email. If you choose to email us a diagnostics report from the app’s Settings, it is sent from your own email app. We receive the report (app version and a log of recent app errors — never photos) along with your email address, and use it only to troubleshoot your issue.

7. Beta testing (TestFlight)

If you are using Progress Pic through Apple’s TestFlight beta program, Apple collects standard beta telemetry (crashes, session counts) on their own terms under Apple’s TestFlight privacy disclosures. NatsFitness LLC does not receive your identity, email, or personal information from TestFlight — we only see anonymized aggregate crash and adoption counts.

If you send feedback via the in-app TestFlight feedback mechanism, the screenshot and notes are routed by Apple to our feedback email address. That feedback is used only to improve the app.

8. Your rights and controls

Because your data lives on your device:

You do not need to contact us to exercise a deletion or access right. You have direct control over your data at all times.

Purchase records for Progress Pic Pro are held by Apple and, under an anonymous identifier, by RevenueCat (see section 6). To manage or cancel a subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.

If you are a resident of California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, UK GDPR, etc.), the above on-device storage model means we hold no photos or check-in data to disclose, correct, or delete on your behalf. If you have questions about your rights, email us at NatsFitsystems@gmail.com.

9. Children’s privacy

Progress Pic is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has entered data into Progress Pic, uninstalling the app removes that data from the device.

10. Security

Progress Pic relies on your device’s operating system to protect app-sandboxed storage. Keep your device OS updated and protected by a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. Because we do not operate a server, there is no server-side breach surface to worry about.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and post the new version at the same URL. Material changes will be announced inside the app on the next release. Your continued use of Progress Pic after a policy update means you accept the updated policy.
